4 ounces of fluffy white spreadable 100% fresh vegan cheese made mostly from organic, non-GMO California ingredients including almonds, fennel pollen, rosemary (all organic), and sea salt. 

Eat with:

• morning bagel
• slice of pizza
• plain crackers
• tossed with linguine and its cooking water
• other cheeses on cheese platter

Recipe Idea:
