Shipping policy

Hello and welcome! We are excited to ship our super delicious cheeses to you!

We strive for excellence in every facet of our operations. To ensure you are receiving the best experience possible and due to the nature of our temperature-controlled products, it is very important that we adhere to specific shipping guidelines.

Here are some details regarding our shipping:

1. We ship all orders every Tuesday. Orders must be placed before 6pm PST the Friday prior.

2. Shipping is available to the continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping rates and times apply.

3. We use UPS whenever possible to ensure the most optimal delivery experience.

4. We suggest one-day or two-day delivery options. This provides the greatest assurance that your products are delightful upon arrival.

5. If you are a local Los Angeles or Orange County resident, you may select local delivery. We will notify you of our delivery schedule once your order is placed.

6. Apologies, but we are not able to offer free shipping at this time.

7. Shipping issues outside of our control, including carrier delays, damage, loss, and theft, can totally happen, so we suggest adding Package Protection to your order. Super Natural Almond Cheese reserves the right to refuse refunds or reshipments for orders placed without coverage.
